This notice explains what happens to the data you send us through this site. In short: we use it to answer you, we do not sell it, and we do not track you.

Who is the controller

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message, and records which language version you were using. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

Why, and on what legal basis

We process the data to answer your enquiry and to carry on the correspondence that follows — on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and defending against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else sees it

The site runs on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps and messages are delivered through Azure Communication Services, so Microsoft processes the data as our service provider. Conversations held with the chat assistant are additionally processed by Anthropic, whose model generates the replies. We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from our last contact on the matter. If the enquiry turns into a project, the correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and the tax rules require.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to the processing, ask for your data to be transferred, and withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect what was lawful before it. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

The chat assistant

The chat window on this site is answered by an AI model run by Anthropic. What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply, and the conversation is forwarded to us by e-mail once you leave contact details — that e-mail is the only copy we keep, and it falls under the same twelve-month period as any other enquiry. Anthropic does not use data sent through its business API to train its models, and retains it only briefly for abuse detection. The conversation is not stored in your browser: closing the tab ends it. Do not type passwords, payment card numbers or health information into the chat.

Is giving the data voluntary

Entirely. Without it, however, we cannot answer your message.

We do not profile you and we take no automated decisions about you. What the browser stores locally is described in the cookie notice.
